Welcome to The Connection Collective

A place to feel human again and learn what actually works.

Raising a PDA or chronically dysregulated kid is intense, confusing, exhausting - and profoundly lonely.

The advice that works for other kids doesn't work for yours. The strategies everyone recommends seem to be making things worse. And somewhere along the way, you started wondering if you're the problem.
You're not.

You're simply trying to parent a child who needs something radically different. And you're doing it mostly alone.

The Connection Collective is where that changes.

This is a private online community built by Lindsay - a licensed therapist, PDA parent, and PDA partner - who understands this life from every angle. Not theory. Not generalizations. Real, lived understanding combined with clinical expertise.

Here, you'll find what you've been looking for: people who get it, practical tools that actually work, and permission to stop trying to fix everything yourself.

Real Support for Your Whole Family

Not a course. Not a generic support group. A grounded community where you feel seen, resourced, and less alone.

✔️ Live Monthly Calls with a Licensed Therapist Who's Also a PDA Parent - real coaching on what's happening right now, plus co-regulation time for your nervous system.
✔️ A Whole-Family Ecosystem - monthly dads calls (led by your partner), a private Minecraft server for kids to connect with peers, and a judgment-free community space for you.
✔️ Practical Tools That Actually Work - every course, guide, and resource Lindsay has created, plus nearly 100 videos from Low Demand Amanda and a growing library of long-form recordings.
✔️ Permission to Stop Doing This Alone - no behavior charts, no performance required, no shame. Just humans who get it, supporting each other without judgment.

Why This Is Different

Most parenting communities are run by coaches. This one is led by a licensed therapist with 15 years of clinical experience who is also a PDA parent raising two neurodivergent kids and married to a PDA autistic partner.

That means clinical expertise + lived experience. Not one or the other. You're getting real understanding of nervous system dysregulation because Lindsay is managing her own and her family's every single day. Plus, your whole family is resourced - including dads and male caregivers who are often invisible in parenting spaces, and your kids who need peer connection on their own terms.

This is support for all of you. Not just you.

Choose Your Membership Tier

Supported Tier - $14 per month (per household)

Choose this tier if your family is navigating a tight financial season or if paying more would create stress. This option exists so you can stay connected to support during the times you need it most (without having to stretch or sacrifice essentials)

This tier is for you if:

  • You frequently have to choose between bills, groceries, and other necessities.

  • You’re a single parent, or your household has unpredictable income.

  • You’ve ever had to skip meals, appointments, medications, or essentials to save money.

  • Spending $20–$30 on yourself would feel uncomfortable, stressful, or impossible.

  • You rely on government assistance or are navigating poverty, housing stress, or major instability.

  • You would have to “make up for” the cost somewhere else in your budget.

This tier exists because support should never be inaccessible during hard seasons.

Standard Tier - $24 per month (per household)

Choose this tier if this rate feels comfortable and sustainable for your family. This tier represents a steady, middle-of-the-road contribution that helps keep the community running smoothly month-to-month (without being the only rate that holds everything together)

This tier is for you if:

  • You can cover your monthly expenses with some consistency.

  • You sometimes treat yourself, but generally watch your spending.

  • Buying Starbucks once or twice a month wouldn’t create any real stress.

  • You can invest in yourself occasionally without guilt or hardship.

  • You’re not in crisis mode financially, but you’re also not flush with extra money.

  • You want to contribute to a healthy baseline for the community.

This tier supports the ongoing sustainability of the community alongside the families who choose Pay-It-Forward.

Pay-It-Forward Tier - $44 per month (per household)

Choose this tier if you have more financial ease and want to help keep the community accessible for families in tighter seasons. This option contributes a little more toward the overall sustainability of the space, and your generosity helps balance out the equity model.

This tier is for you if:

  • You can comfortably cover your household expenses and have reliable income.

  • You can go out for a meal, buy books, or make small purchases without stress.

  • You can say “yes” to extras like outings, subscriptions, or treats without needing to shuffle bills around.

  • You have savings, generational wealth, or financial stability.

  • You love the mission of this community and want to help keep it accessible.

Your contribution strengthens the stability of the community as a whole - thank you for making that possible.

You Don't Have to Do This Alone

Your child isn't broken. You're not failing.

You're just parenting a kid who needs something different - and you deserve a community that gets that.

That's what The Connection Collective is.

We'll be here when you're ready to land.
